A Carpet Guy Floors is an exceptional company. We were referred by a family member after water damage ruined our basement flooring. From the start, Brian was professional, kind and incredibly helpful. During the consultation, he identified the presence of hazardous materials on the concrete and clearly explained what needed to be done and why. He even walked us through how to communicate the process with the insurance adjuster. Once the insurance approval came through, and our selections were made the install was completed quickly and professionally. The 'A Carpet Guy' team was equally amazing. The entire job was finished in just two days. Brian checked in each day to ensure things were running smoothly. I also have to mention he went above and beyond for our household by repairing a pvc pipe and patching a piece of drywall at no extra charge. I have a large shed that was falling apart, and Brian was recommended to me. Brian listened to what I wanted and gave me a fair price. He returns calls and shows up when he says he will. His crew were hard workers and respectful of my property. (They actually cleaned up the work area at the end of each day.) The job was completed on time.
