They traveled all the way from Maryland to Georgia just to complete our project, which already spoke volumes about their dedication and professionalism. They installed carpet in our son’s nursery and two additional bedrooms, and the quality of their work is nothing short of exceptional. The craftsmanship, precision, and care they put into every detail truly transformed our home. What truly set them apart, though, was their willingness to go above and beyond. While working, they noticed some sheetrock mudding that needed attention—something my husband had been struggling to get just right—and without hesitation, they repaired it flawlessly and repainted the area as if it never had an issue to begin with. On top of that, they even helped us assemble the nursery furniture, making the entire experience stress-free and special for our growing family. It is rare to find a company that not only delivers outstanding workmanship but also shows genuine care for their clients. 5 out of 5 starsA Carpet Guy Floors is an exceptional company. We were referred by a family member after water damage ruined our basement flooring. From the start, Brian was professional, kind and incredibly helpful. During the consultation, he identified the presence of hazardous materials on the concrete and clearly explained what needed to be done and why. He even walked us through how to communicate the process with the insurance adjuster. Once the insurance approval came through, and our selections were made the install was completed quickly and professionally. The 'A Carpet Guy' team was equally amazing. The entire job was finished in just two days. Brian checked in each day to ensure things were running smoothly. I also have to mention he went above and beyond for our household by repairing a pvc pipe and patching a piece of drywall at no extra charge. We couldn't be happier with the install, our basement looks better than before. I highly recommend A Carpet Guy floors and will consider them for any future jobs. See more See less

They are very knowledgeable about their industry and products. The owner and crew were very professional, friendly and reliable and respectful in my home. I did not have to worry about anything. They took the time out to explain the details and materials that we would need moving forward .. We are still figuring out when we would like to get the project started. Home remodeling and carpeting can come with a lot of choices. They were willing to show us samples and everything needed moving forward. We will choose this company. He returns calls and shows up when he says he will. His crew were hard workers and respectful of my property. (They actually cleaned up the work area at the end of each day.)
